Do you find yourself stuck in a fitness rut? It’s great that you’ve found an exercise that you love, whether it be spin, yoga, or dance, but it’s important to switch things up once in awhile in order to see better results.

 

Doing the same type of exercise everyday will still lead to a calorie burn, but your body will eventually hit a plateau because it becomes accustomed to the workout.

 

Throw your mind and body for a loop by switching your routine up. If you have a set schedule of running 5 days a week, with strength training a few days as well, try switching to cycling instead of running, and increasing the strength training. It doesn’t matter how you switch up your routine or what exercise you switch to, all that matters is you do it!
